There have been times when she finished with a home staging and the homeowners decided not to sell. (Not to good for us, but great for the homeowner!) We have many, many home inspectors in San Antonio, but if we were to ask for a favorite inspector, we would have to say Paul DuBois.
Paul’s past experience in remodeling and construction gives him a second sense in his inspections. An inspection report from Paul is a work of art: excellent photos with full explanations of the problem or repairs needed. Paul is always willing to help solve any inspection issues, and he's always available to us or our client. He is part of our "glue" that keeps the sales transaction together, and closer to the closing. |

Title companies are regulated to charge the same fees to all. But, there is a difference in their commitment to service and staff.
Over the many, many years (we hate to say how many) we've been in the business, we have closed at hundreds of title companies, but Connie Smith, branch manager at the Lawyers Title Company in Afton Oaks, is our favorite Escrow Officer!
She and her staff are always courteous, return their phone calls (not all do) in a fast and timely manner, notify you of any upcoming surprises at closing, and usually circumvent any problems before closing.
The title company is the most important part of the glue that holds your transaction together. It is the last step….THE CLOSING! Connie and her staff have “saved many transactions from going south”, and has always maintained an atmosphere of professionalism. There are a lot of good escrow officers around San Antonio, but we always look forward to a closing with Connie. |
